Hatch End High School is a high performing, innovative Academy in Harrow with a large and highly successful sixth form. This is an exciting time to join the school as we are undergoing a multi million pound transformation of the school site. 

We are looking to recruit an organised, proactive and enthusiastic administrator to support our HR and Professional Development functions. The role will ensure efficient and accurate maintenance of our various personnel and training systems in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.  The successful candidate will therefore need strong ICT skills, including excel and word, plus will work well under pressure to a high level of accuracy. 

You will be liaising with staff from across the whole school plus external partners so the role requires excellent written and oral communication skills. 

The role is for 30 hours per week (Hours to be agreed with manager).

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.

Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
