ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT: LETTINGS AND HEALTH & SAFETY

Permanent, required for 3 January 2018

Part-time, 25 hours per week term-time only plus 5 training days (hours of work are flexible in agreement with the school)

Salary FTE £15,807 – £16,491 pro rata (£8.19 - £8.55 per hour)

Equates to starting salary of £9,114.90 gross per annum

Join our Facilities team, who are ensuring the day to day smooth functioning of the School’s working environment.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative activities to support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of the School’s lettings and Health and Safety compliance.

We are looking for a flexible team member who is an excellent communicator, well organised and proficient in the use of IT.
