Danecourt has an exiting opportunity for an Administrator Assistant. We are looking for a committed, calm, professional and thoroughly organised person to join our friendly admin team and provide administrative and organisational services for our school. You will be required to provide administration duties along with exceptional customer services skills. You need to be motivated and be able to problem solve as unforeseen/new challenges often crop up and need to be dealt with promptly and competently.


You will need to manage telephone enquiries and provide administration support to the school community, with specific responsibility for oversight of pupil records, maintaining the school’s Management Information System and supporting with admissions.


The successful candidate must have a meticulous eye for detail and be a proactive team member. They will need to have excellent listening, communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with school visitors and staff at all levels.

Danecourt is a special school catering for primary age children who have special educational needs. Danecourt is part of the Maritime Multi-Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of Academies in Greenwich, Bexley, Kent & Medway. Our academies transform through collaboration and an entrepreneurial curriculum which equips children with life skills. 

The school caters for children with a wide breadth of needs including complex learning difficulties, autism and social emotional mental health needs. We enjoy a range of specialist facilities and additional therapy support along with outdoor learning spaces and sensory play rooms.
