Merici College is an all girls’ 7-12 Catholic college committed to excellence in the education of girls, striving to assist all students to develop their potential academically, spiritually, culturally, physically and socially through innovative programs. Merici College is an IB World School, authorised to offer the Diploma Program (Years 11-12) and in the process of candidacy for the Middle Years Program (Year 7-10).

We are looking for innovative, creative and committed teachers and leaders. We recognise and support teachers who have achieved national Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher Certification. The position is based mostly at reception - telephone and visitor sign-in, it also includes general secretarial and clerical duties such as word processing, data entry, maintaining email and computerised records and other various database information; providing administrative support to the College Leadership Team, including arranging appointments, diaries and preparing both confidential and general correspondence, and a variety of other sundry tasks.
It also includes administration and processing the necessary steps for staff recruitment, as well as assisting Business Manager to organise casual relief for Support Staff and entering casual claims through Casual Relief System. Duties also involve use of Google applications, electronic rolls attendance records, enrolments, student information and a broad variety of other administration and secretarial duties and responsibilities as required by the College Leadership Team.
