FULL TIME - TERM TIME + 2 WEEKS

Rodborough School is seeking an efficient and friendly receptionist/administrative assistant to join our friendly and well-motivated Administrative Team. You will be the first point of contact at the school and will be a vital part of the team.  

The successful candidate will be based in Reception at Rodborough, dealing with queries in person, on the telephone or by letter/e-mail. Be responsible for general administrative duties - letters, spreadsheets, photocopying, and filing. Record and book staff training. Record and monitor stationery and administrative supplies and be willing to carry out First Aid duties if needed.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to communicate in a warm and professional manner with parents and visitors both in person and on the telephone. Have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and cope with many interruptions, a positive, "can do" attitude, the ability to work as part of a team but also willing to use own initiative, discretion and a flexible approach.

Rodborough is a successful, oversubscribed 11-16 school near Godalming, Surrey. It has an excellent reputation for providing a broad and rounded education whilst challenging all students to achieve their best.
