Required from 30 August 2019, a customer-focused and highly motivated Administrative Assistant. All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy is part of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Performing a wide range of administrative tasks having due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding
• Creating and manipulating information
• Undertaking a range of financial processes
• Using basic systems and processes to meet operational needs

All Saints’ Catholic Academy is a mixed, non-selective Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The school has approximately 1,500 students between the ages of 11-18. All Saints’ Catholic Academy is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust.
Formerly All Saints RC Comprehensive School, All Saints’ Catholic Academy opened in 1974 and converted to academy status in 2014.
