Willow Green Academy is a friendly, vibrant school, which, in March 2018 was judged by OFSTED as a GOOD school. 

We are seeking to appoint a new Administrative Officer to provide routine clerical, administrative and receptionist support to the Academy. This is a part time role to work 31.25 hours per week on a term time only contract.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and should be positive, friendly and be willing to assist staff, students and parents with their inquiries. This person must have a professional approach to their work, and will be joining our supportive and dedicated team.

The successful candidate will:

· Have some experience of working on a busy reception desk.

· Have experience of working within an administrative role

· Have good communication skills.

· Be smart and professional in appearance.
