Job overview

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Assistant/Receptionist to start as soon as possible. 

The post will be temporary during a transition period for the school as we undergo some substantial building changes which will change the profile of the school’s reception and administration services. The role will involve support for the school’s general administration including reception duties, parents’ evening booking system, support for educational visits and other home-school communication. The post holder will undertake first-aid duties and be willing to undertake any necessary training. 

The successful candidate will be a well organised team player, with strong ICT capabilities and possess key communication skills to effectively work with students, colleagues and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner. 

The Salary Scale is the Local Authority's Grade 4 £17,391 - £18,319 per annum. Actual starting salary pro rata will be approximately £15,036.
