Little Downsend Administrator

Required to start September 2021

For a 1 year fixed term period 

A vacancy has arisen for an administrator to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.00pm. This role is term time only plus 5 weeks to be worked over the school holiday periods. The post is based at Little Downsend Ashtead, 22 Oakfield Road, Ashtead, KT21 2RE.  

A suitably experienced candidate is required to primarily support the Head Teacher and Head of School in the day to day running of the school. This includes managing the school’s diary, managing all correspondence to parents and maintaining the database, pupil files and registration procedures. As well as this, a vital part of this role is arranging trips, clubs, Parents’ Evenings and other key events.  This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced and flexible individual.  A competitive salary is on offer commensurate with this important role.
