The University of Brighton Academies Trust is looking to appoint an administrator to join our Estates and Facilities Management team on a fixed term basis for 6 months starting ASAP. As one of two Administrator roles in the team, the postholder will work closely with and support the EFM Director on new projects and processes. The ideal candidate needs to hit the ground running, so requires a demonstrable administrative background and an enthusiasm to play an active role in the department’s development plans.
The Estates & FM Department is a friendly and industrious team whose remit is to improve and maintain our academies’ environments, grounds and buildings. This thriving team brings together an array of different skills, all of which contribute to the successful running of the department to deliver a customer focused service that compliments and supports our education partners.
The department is led by the Estates & FM Director who in turn is supported and assisted by the Estates Support Managers. The department has regular interaction and communication with all members of the Trust community, and it is this involvement and mutual understanding that enables the team to deliver improvements that have a positive impact on teaching and learning.
The role of Administrator within the EFM team is both varied and interesting. Working closely with the EFM Director the postholder will provide administrative support to the following projects:
- Refreshing and publishing EFM Policies, processes, procedures, forms & guidance.
