Job overview

As an Administrator, you will help make your school run like clockwork. To join us, you will need some previous administrative experience and a high degree of computer literacy (Word and Excel). You should be used to working on several administrative tasks and be able to switch between them, whilst providing excellent customer service to people contacting the school.  Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature, you should be ready to support our team and build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.

Like all Witherslack Group schools, Cedar House School has state-of-the-art learning resources, is well equipped and offers an inspiring working environment.  The school is a co-educational, independent, specialist day and residential school on the North Yorkshire, Lancashire border providing high quality education and care for children between the ages of 7 and 18. The school meets the needs of a diverse group of pupils exhibiting social, emotional and mental health needs alongside a range of other associated conditions.

For children with complex, challenging needs, the level of care and education must go above and beyond. That is what drives us, here at Witherslack Group. Through our aspirational homes, schools and ethos, we have achieved the highest possible outcomes. In short, we are enhancing life opportunities.
