Term: 37 Hours, 41 Weeks
Hilton Primary Academy are seeking a School Administrator / Receptionist. We are looking for a friendly approachable individual who will be the first point of contact for the school. You will need to be organised and have an ability to manage a number of different tasks concurrently. Dealing with enquiries from staff, parents and pupils will mean that no two days are the same and the role will offer a significant amount of variety on a day to day basis.
Your main role will be to provide administrative and financial support to the academy and ensure that all safeguarding procedures are followed when dealing with visitors to the academy.
Experience of working in administration preferably in a school setting will be desirably along with a knowledge of Microsoft office packages will be a distinct advantage.
