Administrator. Student Services.
Part Time (12.5 hours per week).
An exciting opportunity has arisen within student services for an Administrator to join our existing dedicated support team. You will administer the transport booking process for our students who have disabilities, learning and medical needs, that aren’t able to use public transport to get to and from college, and to work placements. You will also liaise with our transport partners, parents/guardians, carers, care homes, staff and students. In addition to this, you will complete general administration tasks as directed by your line manager.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Administrator with excellent communication skills and be highly organised. You must be an active team player but be capable of working on your own initiative and to be able to manage your own workload.
Experience of handling and working with confidential and sensitive information together with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines is essential. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, make accurate records and be able to initiate and adopt new ideas quickly.
Applicants will be educated to Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent) with minimum Level 2 in IT and/or have experience of using Microsoft packages.
