As we continue to expand towards seven forms of entry by 2022, we are looking to appoint an organised, proactive, hardworking, friendly and flexible Admissions Officer with a good work ethic to join our dedicated and inclusive team. The post will involve administering the school admissions system in line with the timetable set out by the Local Authority. This is a highly pressurized role so the ability to work to a deadline is important.  Responsibilities will include: •To be wholly responsible for the admissions process for the school, including Nursery and Reception intake, mid-term admissions and leavers including CTFs, waiting lists, transfer to high school. •To arrange prospective parent visits to the school for the Headteacher (or Deputy Headteachers in her absence)  •To maintain pupil record folders, files and cards  •Responsible for ensuring all school admission packs are kept up-to-date and distributed in liaison with the Office Manager. •Produce all relevant reports as may be required. •Support parents with completing the forms and chasing parents where necessary.  Interested applicants should have: • Proven experience in receiving and processing weekly new allocations from the Council. •Experience of producing accurate PAM monthly reports • Experience in chasing ad issuing UPNs •Experience in producing and importing/exporting CTFs •Experience in uploading information on the DFE website via S2S •Excellent attention to detail, accurate and efficient •Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills •Excellent of INTEGRIS or similar ICT package.
