West Suffolk College is one of the country’s leading further education and apprenticeship providers. Our apprenticeship results have consistently remained above the national average. We offer many degrees, HNCs and HNDs at our focused and inclusive University Studies Centre. We have around 13,000 students including nearly 2,000 apprentices studying with us.

We are seeking an Admissions Administrator to join our Admissions Team. The successful post-holder will be responsible for processing applications through all the stages from initial application to enrolment, in a timely, effective and professional manner. In this role you will need a keen eye for detail and strong Microsoft office skills as you will be processing all data from applications, to interviews and offers, ensuring accurate data input at all times, to ensure that all College’s application systems are up to date and correct. 

In this role, you will monitor day-to-day admissions queries, ensuring a high quality service is provided to our prospective students. You will also play a key role in the organisation of our Student Events and producing materials and communicating with staff and prospective students.
