 We are currently recruiting for an Admissions Administrator for our growing college in Wembley, to oversee the admission of students to all Regent College higher and further education programmes, consistent with College, awarding body and partner policy and procedure, informed by sector best practice; while assuring the quality of the prospective student experience.    

The Admissions Administrator shall perform following functions but are not limited to these alone:

  • Be the College lead in operationalising all aspects of College/partner admissions policy and procedure, ensuring that applications and decisions are processed in a timely fashion; 
  • Ensure that the College makes optimum use of UnitE and related/partner systems in the above; 
  • Contribute to the development of College admission policy and practice and to the setting of admission targets;
  • Working with colleagues in sales, marketing and student finance/services roles, to ensure: 
    • that College admission targets are met with suitably prepared learners
    • a high quality prospective student experience
    • that prospective student enquiries are responded to a timely, accurate and welcoming fashion
    • that College programmes and services are accurately represented in partner/external listings, websites etc;
  • With colleagues in sales & marketing, to plan and undertake school visits, open days, induction and other outreach and conversion activity with prospective learners, applicants  and offer holders, on and off campus;
  • Ensure that timely and accurate enquiry and admission records are maintained on College and partner systems and that reports  and statistics on the enquiry and admission cycle are provided as required by College management and external stakeholders;
  • To be the College’s correspondent/representative in respect of admissions to Regent conducted with/via HE partners and sector bodies;
