Our Student Services Division supports students at each stage of their journey from pre-entry to post exit. The Division has a client orientated culture and puts students’ needs at the heart of everything it does. The Division is structured into four sections that work together to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Acting as the central point of communication for enquirers/applicants, you must ensure that timely communication throughout the admissions process keeps the applicant fully informed of their status. You will maintain a centralised admissions process from the point of enquiry and maintain relevant data control processes relating to applicant/student data to ensure completion, accuracy and integrity.

Providing excellent customer service to applicants, parents and other stakeholders, you will monitor compliance with service standards developed by the Admissions Manager and work within the Data Protection regulations surrounding student data. The Admissions Officer will also assist with the preparation of Open Events and Recruitment Events, which may require some weekend and evening work.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team, you will have excellent customer service, diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and have experience in the effective use of cross College systems in terms of the student life cycle. Capable of managing change and prioritising tasks effectively, you will work well with staff, students, parents and supporting staff and have good general IT skills, including familiarity with internal MIS systems.

Those who have an awareness of student finance and associated entitlements are highly desirable, as are those who are familiar with data protection regulations surrounding student data.

This post will be based at Kingston College.
