The Adult and Community Learning provision at South Staffordshire College is looking for a highly experienced dynamic Welding tutor to join our team to deliver theory and practical workshop sessions, teaching and assessing a range of adults learners for our non-accredited and accredited provision.
This is a great opportunity for those wishing to work with adult learners, developing their new skills and passions, be it for a hobby or as a means to retrain and build their confidence towards future employment ambitions.
The successful candidates will have relevant subject knowledge and skills, a recognised subject qualification and related experience in the area. Teaching experience is also essential, ideally with adult learners.
You will hold a teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards it as part of the College Personal Development scheme.
Please note, the college is always looking to develop its range of adult and community provision, so please don’t hesitate in contacting the college should you have skills for courses we currently don’t offer, but may be of interest to the local community.
