Hours:                   40 hours per week (7.30am – 3.30pm)

We are looking for an Adult Services Co-ordinator to join our team at Underley Garden in Kirkby Lonsdale. 


About the School

The young people who attend Underley Garden all have an EHCP/statement of special educational needs. Underley meets the needs of a range of SEN including; Autism, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health & Medical needs and related behavioural difficulties.

About the Role

We are looking for an Adult Services Co-ordinator who will undertake a range of duties relating to the administrative needs of our Adult Services service.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people with the belief that they can make positive changes.

You will be a responsible, organised and approachable person who will ensure that all administrative duties are completed to a high standard.


Essential Criteria

Interface closely with the Registered Manager and Office Manager to achieve joint working and effective administration of the service

Work on the reception desk from 7.30am – 9.00am Monday to Friday.Welcoming all visitors / agency workers in a professional, friendly manner and ensuring all safer recruitment procedures are followed

Be responsible for all admin related duties

Good communication skills

Compassionate – good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and young people, other staff remaining sensitive and empathetic

Intuitive and caring nature

Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the organization
