What we need:
- Ability to lead and provide high quality childcare that offers opportunities for children to maximise their full potential.
- Experience of working with 4 - 11 year olds and a good understanding of child development
- A recognised childcare qualification equivalent to a NVQ Level 3
- Ability to lead a team, maintain and build a positive ethos and motivate children and adults
- A commitment safeguarding and enriching the personal development and wellbeing of children
- Flexibility due to additional hours for holiday club
Hours:
17 hours per week term time only, 3.15pm - 6pm plus planning meeting
