Salary Grade Range: Scale 4, spinal point 8-11

Salary Range: £26,152 to 26,535 per annum

Actual salary: £9,302 to £9,988

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, Term Time Only

Working Hours: Part time, 15 hours per week, 3.00pm-6.00pm Mon-Fri

We are looking for a strong candidate who has significant experience and knowledge of all aspects of premises management including general maintenance, health and safety, security and cleaning.  The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable and able to work closely with other colleagues.
