Sutton Grammar School is seeking to appoint an Alumni & External Relations Coordinator.  This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top-performing schools in England.  We are seeking a key member of support staff to develop, coordinate and support the Alumni, PTA and School; to coordinate a range of communications, publications and activities including organising events and fundraising.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels, experience of working in Public relations, the ability to organise work, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.  You will have the ability to resolve problems.  You will also be able to use your own initiative under pressure and plan a workload to meet deadlines.

This role is 36 hours per week for 39 weeks (term time) plus 3 additional weeks.
