Ardingly College is seeking to recruit an Alumni Relationship Coordinator to continue building engagement with its alumni and enable them to stay connected to the College and each other in their lives beyond school.
The key purpose of the role will be to engage the alumni community of Ardingly College through events, publications and online communications, maintain the alumni database and support the Development department through alumni engagement.
Applicants should have experience of internal and external relationship building, website management and preparing articles for publications. Strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision are key for this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous events organisation and management experience and have excellent attention to detail.
This a permanent position, working 25 hours per week, usually between Monday and Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work, for 40 weeks per year. The salary is £13,330.13 per annum (pro rata of £23,698).
