South Thames Colleges Group are now looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Manager to provide an Apprenticeship recruitment service to learners and support the fulfilment of Apprenticeship vacancies where the Colleges are the course provider.


As Apprentice Recruitment Manager, you will provide a vacancy matching service for a range of learner groups and promote the College’s Apprenticeship programmes at Schools, Careers Fairs, Exhibitions and Open Events. It includes advising on suitable positions and preparing and supporting learners for interviews, ensuring that the candidates can compete and secure appropriate employment.


We’re looking for someone who is educated to Level 3 as a minimum and who has substantial experience of working in a target-driven recruitment environment with consistent achievement of targets. Your experience will include engagement with a variety of learners / student groups and mean you are able to successfully match suitable candidates to vacancies within a variety of industry sectors and levels of seniority.


With a strong customer focus and the ability to use own initiative, you will have experience of monitoring candidates from application to placement and through ongoing employment. You will have good IT skills and be organised and able to work under pressure, meeting both internal and external deadlines.
