Derby College are looking to appoint experienced Administrators to provide a first class customer service to all Derby College employers and students. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for the Customer Care Team and will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will ensure excellence in customer service.
Position 1 - 37hrs, 52 weeks
Position 2 - 18.5hrs, 52 weeks - Fixed Term until November 2019.
