We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative classroom teacher to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to teach Art and Photography across the secondary school age range, including GCSE and A Level, within a team of dedicated and talented teachers surrounded by excellent facilities. Our subject is highly regarded across the school and enjoys an enviable level of popularity which can be seen in the large numbers of students choosing to study the subject at both GCSE and A Level.

Whether you are just starting out in the profession or have more experience, you will be part of a highly professional teaching staff within an Academy with a national reputation for excellence.  Kingsbridge Community College is designated Outstanding by Ofsted, holds Teaching School status and most recently was successful in its grant bid to become an EEF Research School, all of which allows us to engage with the wider educational landscape, developing and supporting colleagues across the South West and nationally.

If you are the kind of person who strives for excellence, and likes to do things well, who wants lots of opportunities to develop your own practice and try new things – then this is the place for you.  Be prepared to have fun along the way!
