About the role:

· Checking stock levels for materials and supplying studio with relevant equipment

· Ensuring materials and equipment are maintained in good working order

· Organisation of resources, store rooms and cupboards

· Displays around the School/Department and for Exhibitions

· Administration; to include maintaining stock, photocopying, filing, liaising with teaching staff

· ICT

· Health and Safety within the Department

· Student support

· Run and keep the Art Shop stocked
