Hours: 8:00 – 16:30, 2 days per week (term time) plus an additional 10 days per year
Salary: £6,400
We are seeking to appoint a well-organised, proactive and creative Art Technician with specialist art skills and particular knowledge in either 3D, Photography and/or Printmaking. As part of our thriving Art Department, the postholder will be required to assist in the preparation of materials, maintenance of tools and equipment, including specialist machinery, the safety and security of classrooms and storerooms and to provide general support to the department.
To be successful, you must have a real passion for art, ideally supported by a degree in Art and experience of working with young people. A flexible approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
