Job overview
We are seeking an Assessor to support Apprentices working towards their Standard/Framework Apprenticeship in Business Administration/Customer Service. You would create schemes of work and lesson plans, carry out progress reviews with learners and employers in the workplace, ensuring effective tracking and monitoring, and prepare the Apprentices for End Point Assessment.
You will need to possess a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service and an assessor award (e.g. A1), and have some assessing experience. You should also have recent experience in the Business Administration/Customer Service industry, and will have the ability to engage young vocational learners aged 16-19. This post will involve travelling to workplaces in the London area and therefore a driving licence and own personal transport is required.
