Sparks Managed Services Ltd Human Resources Assistant Cook Level 2 30.00 hours per week x 38 weeks £7.70 per hour Hillsborough College We are looking to recruit an Assistant Cook to work within the catering team at Hillsborough College The hours of work will be: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2.00pm (including 30 minute break) Duties will include: Preparing, cooking and serving food to the required standard, undertaking temperature recording, receiving and storing goods delivered, advising on stock levels, assisting with monthly stocktakes, cleaning of the work area and large and small scale equipment. A level 2 Food Hygiene qualification or a willingness to work toward is desirable, and a minimum of a level 2 Certificate in Professional Cookery is required. Closing Date: 1 September 2017
