Job overview

We require two confident and highly motivated Assistant Duty Managers to join our busy team. A large part of the role is to Lifeguard, and an NPLQ qualification is essential. Successful candidates will ensure the safety of all bathers by preventing and responding to emergencies, as well as taking bookings, answering queries, reception duties and general in-house cleaning duties. In addition, those appointed will assist the Sports Centre Manager and the Duty Manager in the professional day-to-day running of the centre. In this customer-facing role we are looking for those who can engage with our members, enhance their experience and exceed their expectations. 

The role is year-round, each post would ideally work a minimum of 25 hours per week (5 shifts) however we are able to be flexible with this. These are straight, not split shifts, which include weekends, early mornings and evenings as the Sports Centre is open between 5:30am and 10:00pm. The salary will be based on £10.50 per hour.

Framlingham College is a boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 3-18 which offers flexible and full boarding options.
