Hours: 16.5 Hours per week - Tuesday – Friday mornings with flexibility to meet business needs

This is a term time only position – working 36 weeks and paid 41 to incorporate holiday. 

Salary: £3,991.35 per annum – £5,297 per annum (£11,351.60 - £15,064.92 pro rata) which is NMW / NLW according to age   

Job Purpose: To support Kingston Maurward College and Dorset Studio School Examinations Department with all administration duties.

Vision: An enthusiastic and motivated individual is sought to provide administrative support to the Examinations department.  Work will include assisting in work based learner framework claims, registering students with awarding bodies, assisting in the coordination of tests/exams and processing NPTC registration forms.  The successful candidate will be a confident IT user, have a good standard of English. Organisation and attention to detail are vital to succeed in this role and being able to deal with confidential information. Key to this role is having a desire to learn, and a proactive, helpful and supportive attitude.
