Beaconsfield High School wishes to broaden the skills of the Leadership Team by appointing an inspirational and dynamic experienced Assistant Head who will focus on our Getting Life Ready, Well-being and community aspects of this remarkable community –for both staff and students. You will play a key role in the leadership of our successful and ambitious school.
We want to recruit someone who is passionate about the skills of life that help support well-being and proactively focuses on the development, sharing and monitoring of best practice across the school in order to promote high levels of progress for all students so that they reach their full potential. As an Assistant Head and part of the Leadership Team, you will work in partnership with the Governing Body and contribute to the shared vision for the strategic development of Beaconsfield High School to ensure a “happy, high achieving community”for all of our community. You will help bring even more life to tutor time, study skills, growing trainee teachers and many other key aspects of our school.

- be a graduate with qualified teacher status;

- have knowledge of the powerful impact of the wider curriculum on personal development;
- have the ability to teach at a ‘good’ or better level consistently.
