Governors of The Marvell College are looking to appoint a well qualified and passionate Assistant Head of Year, with the ability to teach in one of the following subject areas: English, Mathematics, Literacy and Numeracy – SEND or Religious Education.
The successful candidate will benefit from the opportunity to work as part of a team working at the leading edge of pastoral care to bring about improved outcomes for young people.
Applicants should be able to explain what has prepared them for the role and articulate how their personal values and character will compliment and contribute to the provision of high quality pastoral care at The Marvell College.
