Following the announcement of Mr. Dayle Kirby’s promotion to a Deputy Headship, Christ’s Hospital is seeking an outstanding educationalist to take on the role as Assistant Head (Pastoral) in this major co-ed boarding school starting in September 2019.
You will have strong academic and intellectual credentials, first-rate administrative skills, broad educational experience including (ideally) boarding experience and proven ability as a leader at middle management level. You will also be a strategic thinker, a confident communicator with excellent people skills and a team player with the drive and vision needed to complement the existing Senior Leadership Team.
Full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential.
