Holy Cross Preparatory School in Kingston require an Assistant Head (Pastoral) with Teaching Responsibilities to join their team from September 2019.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take on a rewarding role as part of a skilled, supportive and friendly team. The assistant head will be a member of the senior leadership team with primary responsibility for the pastoral care of the girls.
The successful candidate will have qualified teacher status (QTS) and strong evidence of Continuing Professional Development. They will have experience of teaching in prep years, a proven record of working effectively with pupils, parents & staff and a good working knowledge of safeguarding procedures. They will also have teaching responsibilities.
We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who can work independently and as part of a team, who demonstrates commitment and is passionate about doing the best for the pupils in a job that they love. Candidates will have high expectations of themselves and be keen to reflect the excellent standards expected at this outstanding school.
