The Assistant Head (Sixth Form) is responsible for the strategic development of the Sixth Form and Higher Education and Careers Department, which is recognised as a particular strength of Sherborne. The successful candidate will guide the Sixth Form's further development so that it continues to make outstanding academic, pastoral and co-curricular provision for all its members. He or she will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will thus help to shape future strategy as well as taking responsibility for important aspects of this vibrant and successful boys’ boarding school.
