Welcombe Hills is an all age (3-19) generic special school in Stratford upon Avon which meets the needs of pupils with a wide range of Special Educational needs.

Unity MAT and Staff at Welcombe Hills School are committed to the highest standards of education and care for all our children and young people. While the intention at present is for the role to have no regular teaching commitment and classroom responsibility, we are looking for somebody with a track record of outstanding teaching and leading on areas of school improvement. Candidates will ideally have had experience in a Special School and possess the ability to share their practice, work with a positive and optimistic outlook and drive forward improvements. 

The role allows the successful candidate to really make a difference to the lives of our children and young people in preparing them for their lives beyond Welcombe Hills School.
