The School seeks to appoint an Assistant Head Teaching, Learning & Innovation reporting to the Director of Studies.

The successful candidate will be a person with vision and energy, who will have responsibility for the strategic direction of curriculum innovation and a teaching & learning strategy throughout the school. Working in liaison with the Director of Studies and Heads of Department, the Assistant Head Teaching, Learning & Innovation will develop teaching across the school, building on our culture of excellence, where intellectual curiosity, creativity, a love of learning, and personal development is paramount. 

The Assistant Head Teaching, Learning & Innovation will play an important role in developing existing and new academic partnerships to promote and share educational research, innovation, and excellence in the wider community.  

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18.  Housed in grade 2 listed buildings in Brook Green, the school provides excellent facilities and a lively academic community with excellent facilities for all subjects.
