At The Palmer Academy, we are looking for an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for leading whole-school inclusion, SEN/D and our pastoral provision. The Assistant Headteacher will also be the academy’s named SENCo. We would especially like to hear from you if you have already achieved your NASENCO qualification, are in the process of completing or looking to complete within the next two years as part of your move into senior leadership. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is up for a challenge and wants to get stuck in with all aspects of our academy life!
