Could you be one of our new Assistant Headteachers? We are seeking to increase the capacity in our leadership team to focus on behaviour. The successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time in the school’s journey.
You may already be in a senior leadership position or you may be an experienced middle leader in managing behaviour, with a proven track-record of success, who is ready to have a whole school impact. As the newest members of our team, you will be learning what it truly means to be a leader from an inspirational team with a history of leading outstanding provision at our school and transforming underperforming schools.
