The Post
We are seeking an exceptional individual with the passion, competencies and desire to join our flourishing school.
As the Assistant Head, you will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leading outstanding learning and teaching. You will have thorough knowledge, understanding and experience of curriculum development using the national curriculum for England, preferably in an international context. As a practitioner, you will model outstanding practice, whilst possessing the ability to coach, mentor and manage educators effectively.
The precise nature of the role is flexible as the priority is to appoint a leader of the highest calibre, whose passions, skills and attributes can be aligned to school priorities. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Headteacher and assume responsibility for a particular phase of the school, whilst having whole-school accountabilities to be defined upon appointment.
The successful candidate will benefit from furnished accommodation, private medical cover, flight allowances, end of service gratuity and an attractive tax-free salary.
