The Head teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher – Pastoral and Safeguarding, who can join a team of professionals working with students with a wide range of complex needs including severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, medical needs and autism.
Fordwater is a highly successful special school for pupils aged 2-19. Our Ofsted inspection in January 2018 judged the school to be ‘good with outstanding features’. Experience of working with pupils with special educational needs is essential and we are looking for a colleague who will demonstrate a high level of commitment to our very special young people.
