We wish to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with a proven track record of successful leadership who is inclusive in their style and truly committed to the development of the whole child. This is an opportunity for someone who is ambitious and has the desire to lead, inspire and motivate others.  The post holder will be part of a new Senior Leadership team at an exciting stage in the school’s development. The right candidate will be committed to ensuring all our learners meet their full potential through innovative and creative thinking.  Candidates are encouraged to apply from either a mainstream or a special school background and we will provide bespoke training and development for new leaders wishing to progress in their leadership journey.
