The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading, developing and supporting effective practice for our students to ensure they achieve as much progress as possible, and develop as confident, well-educated and happy young people.
The role of Assistant Headteacher: Personal Development & Inclusion, is key to the future development and success of our school. Specific areas of responsibility will be determined during the interview process and will build on the strengths of the successful candidate.
Our ambition is to provide global learning from the heart of our community, and central to our work are great teaching and great tutoring. We are looking for an experienced leader in school with the creativity, enthusiasm and commitment to help shape the development of the school in its next phase. Candidates with teaching specialisms in any subject(s) will be considered.

An existing SENCO qualification is not an essential requirement, however you would be expected to work towards this with the support of the school.
