You will need to be:

• a highly effective teacher of English to at least KS3
• a team player
• resilient, resourceful and creative, with strong organisational skills

There is room for some negotiation with regard to specific roles, but the lead responsibility will focus on student performance and intervention especially for disadvantaged students.
