Tarleton Academy are seeking to recruit an Assistant Headteacher for Teaching & Learning, who shares our values and has the right vision to join us on the next (and very exciting) stage of our school’s development.

Working in partnership with the Headteacher, the leadership team and our school community, you will provide the strategic leadership that underpins our culture with specific regard to Teaching and Learning.

The successful candidate, at both a strategic and operational level, will drive the message and practise of high expectations in everything we do and for the young people we do it for. A passion for and desirably evidence of developing teaching and learning is a prerequisite for this role – They will take a lead role in the monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning across the whole school and be a leading professional, actively promoting effective teaching and learning practices to academic success across the school.
