We are seeking exceptional candidates who wish to progress onto Deputy Headship and Headship posts in the future.  You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.  The successful candidate will be a consistently good and outstanding practitioner with a strong record of success who will be committed to raising the achievement of all learners.  

The postholder will be a member of the School Leadership Team and as such will have additional areas of whole school responsibility.

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is a successful and popular selective 11-18 dual-site school, with a site in Tunbridge Wells and a brand new campus in Sevenoaks.

At Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys, our curriculum is underpinned by our school values of respect, excellence and determination.
