Job overview

This November we will open our brand-new Woodward Building as part of our Centenary Celebrations. At the heart of this space will be our state-of-the-art Learning Resource Centre. This space will be the focal point for supporting students and staff with areas for both independent and collaborative learning. It will be home to our comprehensive collection of printed resources alongside space to enjoy our growing provision of digital resources.

We currently have a full-time Librarian and are seeking a second part-time member of the team to further bolster the support we can offer to our students and staff in this new facility.

HOURS TO BE WORKED

• Term Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday 1.00pm – 5.30pm term time only

JOB PURPOSE

• The Assistant Librarian would be responsible for oversight of the Learning Resource Centre during the after-school session (4.00pm – 5.30pm) and work with the Librarian during afternoon sessions
