Hinchingbrooke School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational leader to join a dynamic and high-performing senior leadership team.

You will be an outstanding professional who is as passionate about student data and progress as you are about standards of behaviour and tutoring.  As the first port of call for the Heads of Year, you will be knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of issues and therefore able to offer the support and guidance needed, in order to maintain consistency and high standards across a broad spectrum of day-to-day matters.

We are looking for a highly committed and resilient team player, with a passion for high standards and an understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire staff and students.

The school has set up a fledgling Multi-Academy Trust (ACES Academies Trust) and, as this grows, there will be new and greater opportunities to exercise leadership across the system.
